Who's who

LYT represents a major part of the Lyceum Theatre’s work, since it is, to all intents and purposes, a theatre company in its own right, just one which operates under the banner of the wider Lyceum Company.

As such it gains greatly from the immense resource of knowledge and experience to be found at the Lyceum. This ranges from the technical know-how and skill of our stage management team and the expertise of the guys and gals at our construction workshops, to the meticulous promotional work of our marketing and press department and the warm welcoming faces of our front of house team.

Above all however, LYT thrives as a result of the hard work (and seemingly endless energy!) of our Education Department. So here’s a chance for you to get to know them a bit better:

In addition, LYT also employs a number of talented and committed tutors and assistants who run our various LYT groups. They are... Caroline Donald, Claire Turner, Elaine Fechlie, Fiona MacKay, Gillian Howie, Hayley Jones, Heather Fulton, John Glancy, Lucy McGlennon, Rachel Esdale, Rachel O'Connor, Ruth Hollyman, Steve Mann and Xana Maclean.

We also work with a range of freelance professional theatre directors. In 2009-2010 these include Brenda Murphy, Gareth Nicholls and Natalie Ibu.
